How do I start the free trial?
Download PeakHour from the Mac App Store and open the app — the trial begins automatically, no signup required. You'll see the PayWall when the trial ends.
What's the difference between Annual Pass and Lifetime?
The Annual Pass ($12.99/year) renews automatically and unlocks all advanced features. The Lifetime License ($44.95 one-time) gives you the same access forever, with no recurring charges and no future paywalls.
Can I switch from a subscription to Lifetime?
Yes. Open the PayWall again and select the Lifetime License — your active subscription is taken into account so you only pay the difference. Your subscription will not renew once Lifetime is active.
I bought PeakHour 4 — where's my loyalty discount?
Use the same Apple ID you used for PeakHour 4. The 20% discount applies automatically at checkout for both Annual Pass and Lifetime. If it isn't showing, sign out and back into the App Store on your Mac, then re-open the PayWall.
How do I restore my purchase on a new Mac?
On the PayWall, click "Restore Purchases". As long as you sign in with the same Apple ID, your subscription or Lifetime License will be recognized within a few seconds.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not PeakHour. Open System Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Manage Subscriptions, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions in any browser.
I'd like a refund — what should I do?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the PeakHour purchase. If Apple declines and you believe there's an issue with the app, email support@peakhourapp.com and we'll see what we can do.
Why am I being asked to pay again on a different Mac?
Make sure both Macs are signed into the same Apple ID, then tap "Restore Purchases" on the PayWall. Family Sharing is supported for Lifetime Licenses if it's enabled for the original purchaser.
