End User License Agreement
Summary of how PeakHour 6 is licensed to you.
The short version
PeakHour 6 is distributed through the Mac App Store. Your use of the app is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "EULA") between you and Digitician Inc., the licensor.
What you can do
- Install and use PeakHour 6 on any Mac you own or control, in line with the Mac App Store usage rules.
- Use it for personal or commercial purposes.
- Family Sharing applies to Lifetime Licenses where the original purchaser has Family Sharing enabled, as governed by Apple.
What you can't do
- Copy the app outside of the uses Apple permits.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Apple's role
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support for PeakHour. Apple is not responsible for product warranties or for addressing any claims relating to PeakHour. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the EULA, and may enforce it against you.
Support & warranty
Support for PeakHour is provided by Digitician Inc. Reach us at support@peakhourapp.com. The app is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitician Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
The license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with the EULA. On termination you must stop using the app and remove all copies from your devices.
